CROSS TRAINING
Training for strength and flexibility is a must for all athletes to prevent injuries and enhance performance. Our cross training program combines weight and resistance strength training with pilates inspired deep stretch classes. Ideal for dancers, figure skaters, gymnasts etc., the results provide the ability to move with more care and intentionality- engaging the right muscles to execute the right way.
STRENGTH
& CONDITION
Using weight and resistance training, we optimize each athletes balance, coordination, and control.
Tuesdays 7-8pm for ages 12+
Thursdays 4:15-5:15pm for ages 8+
Deep stretching paired with basic pilates aiming to increase flexibility, control, and core strength.
